Using the app

Sacred Silence is a personal utility app that silences your phone when you enter a sacred place and restores sound when you leave. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
Attempt to circumvent subscription verification

Subscriptions

Sacred Silence offers optional premium subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) that unlock additional features. Free features remain free forever.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Sacred Silence never processes payment directly.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Trial periods: Where offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Price changes: We will notify you of subscription price changes before they take effect.

Your data

We collect minimal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your location data never leaves your device. We do not sell your data. We do not run ads.

Disclaimer of warranties

Sacred Silence is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will silence your phone in every situation — geofencing accuracy depends on your device's GPS, OS version, battery settings, and network conditions. Do not rely solely on the app in situations where silence is critical.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Leverage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. If your subscription is active, you retain access until the end of the paid period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quiet Leverage operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
